Mark Bell with H.R. Giger - Friday, June 28, 2002.

Giger's Necronomicon was quite a treat and held me spellbound for many, years. But the next big Giger creation was the movie
Alien. Well, what more can you say about one of the few horror movies to earn 4 stars. This movie won H. R. Giger an Oscar and a place in
the minds of so many around the world. It was pure Art and a lot of fun to watch. I recommend to all Giger fans to visit Giger's museum in the 400 year old castle of Chateau Saint-Germain, in Gruyeres, Switzerland. There, you will find many classic works by Giger (and some of my personal favorites). There is nothing like seeing this incredible work up close. Paintings, sculptures and more; it is an amazing sight to see. The new Giger Bar across the street from the museum is now open.
