Psilocyben is 4-phosphoyloxy-N, N-DMT. It is the only 4-substituded indole on this planet. This phosphoroloxy group is attached at the 4 position of the base (1111). There is no other compound on this planet that has that configuration. If you were to search for an Alien Artifact at the molecular level, you would look for a molecule that had no near relatives and that molecule is psilocyben.
